When choosing a Conference phone you need to decide what size of unit you need. It might be that its for a small room, but is it likely in the future you may need to expand it? Some units can not have additional microphones added. Also would there be a benefit to record your meeting ? Konftel 250 and 300 units can record onto an SD card which can then be sent as a WAV file to all people who need to know about what was discussed. Would a wireless unit be useful? Maybe you dont have a telephone socket available in the room - think about a Polycom Soundstation2 Wireless or a Konftel 300W . What about a Mobile unit - use your inclusive minutes, take it out to meetings and you can sit with a client wherever you need to meet and ring a third party; very useful if you make site visits.
