I can’t find the product that I’m looking for, can you help?

If you can’t find the product you are looking for then get in touch with our knowledgeable customer service team. We will take the hard work out of searching for the product that you are after, Handset Solutions have access to thousands of products from the UK’s largest telecoms and IT distributors, and if we can’t find a particular product we may well be able to suggest a suitable alternative for you.

How soon will I get my goods?

Between 1-3 days, although generally orders placed before 2pm will be processed the same day and despatched for delivery the next working day. In the unlikely event that the goods you want are out of stock we will contact you to advise you of the lead-time on that particular item. If it is essential that you receive the goods the following day, we would suggest you contact customer services to check the availability of the goods you wish to order.

How much do you charge for carriage?

Our standard delivery charge is £6 per order and delivery from stock is next working day, Monday-Friday to all UK mainland destinations. For all other destinations please contact our customer services team. If you spend £200 (ex vat) or more, carriage to UK mainland destinations will be free of charge.

I have found a product cheaper elsewhere, can you match the price?

If you find any of the products on our website cheaper elsewhere, let us know, and if we can, we will match the price. Either give us a call, or fill out an enquiry form with the details of the product and the website where you have found the product.

I am a corporate customer; can I open a credit account with Handset Solutions?

Credit accounts are open to all corporate customers, which we generally consider to be companies with 150 employees or more. If you would like to apply for an account, please contact customer services for details. Please note credit accounts may be offered subject to credit checking with a credit referencing agency.

Are discounts available for bulk orders?

If you have a larger requirement, typically for ten or more of an item, please get in touch with our customer services department either give them a call, or via an enquiry form on the website. We will be happy to discuss your requirement and offer you the best possible deal.

How do I know which product is the most suitable for my particular requirement?

Our customer services department have many years of experience within the telecoms industry and can offer informed, impartial advice. So if you would like to know which of our products are the most suitable for your particular requirement give them a call and ask their advice. We can also offer technical advice so if you are unsure of which headset is compatible with which telephone, or which system handset will work on your system, don’t risk it, get in touch and ask our expert advice.

What do I do if the goods that I have ordered are faulty or incorrect?

All goods supplied by Handset Solutions carry a manufacturer’s warranty of at least 1-year. Goods that develop a fault within this warranty can be returned for either repair or replacement in line with the manufacturers’ warranty. General wear and tear or damage resulting from misuse is not covered by the warranty.

It is important that you never return any goods to us without first contacting us to obtain a Return Authorisation Number, and the correct address to return the goods to. The return address may differ depending on the type of goods that you are returning.

Once you have been issued with your Returns Authorisation Number, the goods should be returned to us in the original packaging along with a proof of purchase. The item will be tested and if no fault is found the goods will be returned to you and you may be charged 15% of the cost of the item to cover the costs that we have incurred in testing and shipping. If the goods are confirmed to be faulty we will confirm this by email and a replacement will be sent out to you.

What if I decide I do not want the goods that I have ordered?

For hygiene reasons headsets cannot be returned if they have been worn or handled in any way.
