How soon will I get my goods?

Between 1-3 days, although generally orders placed before 2pm will be processed the same day and despatched for delivery the next working day. In the unlikely event that the goods you want are out of stock we will contact you to advise you of the lead-time on that particular item. If it is essential that you receive the goods the following day, we would suggest you contact customer services to check the availability of the goods you wish to order.

How much do you charge for carriage?

Our standard delivery charge is £6 per order for a 1 to 2 day delivery or £4 per order for a 3 to 4 day delivery , Monday-Friday to all UK mainland destinations. For all other destinations please contact our customer services team. Please note some products are special order items and do not comply with these delivery timescales.

What if I decide I do not want the goods that I have ordered?

If you decide within 14-days that you do not want the goods that you have ordered you must first contact us to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number and the correct address to return the goods to. The goods must be returned complete, and in the original packaging in perfect resalable condition. If the goods are not considered ‘as new’ you may be charged a 20% handling fee and the goods will be returned to you. No carriage will be refunded if you decide to return the goods to us.

For hygiene reasons headsets cannot be returned if they have been worn or handled in any way.
